Year 1995/96: During the second year, despite major price decreases, I was able to maintain sales revenue levels.

Year 1997/98: Upon my recommendation, to promote enhanced service levels by all my sales colleagues, a $600,000/year account was transferred to House Account status which resulted in a non-recorded sales for this territory of $250,000. The strategy and resulting tactics were successful.
