This award inspired me to go beyond the commodity of bellman and altered my perception to view the current opportunity more as an ambassador who carries luggage".  I would again have received the Friend of the Month Award, when I received the Tourism Ambassador distinction yet in confidence declined in favour that another colleague be recognized.
