Mark, he's a man with an apprenticeship vision

Here's the vision:

Our network of human resources includes burgeoning young professionals:  students who have demonstrated a good work ethic.  While the $15/hour rate for their service may initially be perceived as being above the industry average I assure you that their value is comparable if not more energetic.  As well you are billed to the quarter hour and the rate: clocked for hours worked only with no rest periods beyond those pre-authorized.  The student receives $10/hr.; $3.50/hour will be placed into a trust fund which will be issued to the student when they engage in post-secondary education.  If it is not utilised by the student it will accumulate and upon their passing will be transferred to an heir under the age of 40.  In the event there is no heir the funds will go into a scholarship fund.
