Under a government grant, I was commissioned by the S.A.Y.E.S. Director to create a report with information pertinent to assisting the youth and their counselors, which would aid them in the job search market.  Total freedom was given both to the method and the content.

With this my first official market research activity I decided that to present secondary information only would not maximize my opportunity.  I therefore decided to base my report on primary research efforts (information-interviews with professionals) supported by secondary data.  The interviews were conducted with government and private sector (profit and not-for-profit) individuals.

• Awarded excellent letter of reference: "Research was extensive and captured the changes taking place and answers to facing the new challenges."
• Authored 100 page  research report titled "Being the Best that You Can Be: A Job Search Guide for the Nineties"
• Conducted interviews with professionals to address future human resource needs in their industries

I dedicated an additional month (non-paid) to finalize this report with it being well appreciated by the Director: Mrs. Marie Barber, and staff.

I am grateful for this opportunity to integrate myself into the S.A.Y.E.S. organization and successfully produce  learning relationships, particularly so with the counselors.  My thanks to the team for their support and resources in this post-university professional challenge.
