Upon joining Endurapak Inc. I was
assigned, as my primary care, the Inco account. The partnership was in
the process of a 25% cost-savings initiative of switching to less
expensive materials while maintaining the desired specifications. It was my purpose to manage this change complete
with prototype trials and coordinate production and inventory levels to meet the
lead times required.
At the onset most of my
activities were
dedicated to this major account, yet as time became available,
responsibilities broadened to include other account maintenance and development
tasks.

Benefit
Knowledge of and experience with ISO
9002 principles and the ability to
captain the sales process. |
|
The USA Canada Softwood Trade Agreement (or
Disagreement) negatively impacted the amount of packaging required in the
industry. This in conjunction with the events of September 11, 2001
and the lack of industry confidence, led up to the December 2001
realignment of our eastern market.
I take this opportunity to thank the Endurapak
team and colleagues, and their customers and suppliers for this experience.
